KUANTAN, 24th September 2011: The latest Chevrolet 3S (sales, services and spare parts) Centre in the East Coast officially opened its door today. Officiated by Datuk Maruan Mohd Said, COO of Naza Quest Sdn Bhd. The new Chevrolet 3S Centre under the management of Golden Grew Sdn Bhd joins the Chevrolet network of Peninsular Malaysia and hopes to cater the increasing Chevrolet customers in the East Coast.
The RM1 million 0.5 acre 3S facility complies with the latest Chevrolet corporate image and features 4,000 sq ft showroom space, 3 service bays (with the ability to cater to 100 cars per month), a customer service lounge and a parts centre for supply of parts. In term of parts availability Golden Crew Sdn Bhd is aiming for 90% parts fill rate that will cater for all Chevrolet owners in East Coast. Mechanics and technicians are also fully trained by Chevrolet and are complimented with high-tech computerized diagnostics tools to provide a more precise and efficient service level.
